Choose your Entree and Dessert.

Submit the Menu with the same name used during registration. One main course per person.

Plated Dinner entrees include choice of Chef crafted soup, mixed green garden salad, tossed Caesar salad, or field green tossed salad with mustard vinaigrette, fresh Matzah and butter, dessert, and a selection of local coffee and teas.

Porcini crusted Ridgefield Farm steak, bleu cheese, spinach au gratin.
Light cranberry apple mustard vinaigrette, hearty grain pilaf, garden broccoli.
Roasted fennel & asparagus, steamed Jasmine rice & lentil blend
Light roasted shallot & mushroom jus, Boursin cream mashed potatoes, asparagus.
Ricotta cheese, spinach, sun dried tomatoes
Peanut or Teriyaki sauce on a bed of rice noodles.
